Guest house holiday rentals in Florida Panhandle

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

Great place to stay!

Jana and I communicated several times before arriving, which was very helpful. The accommodations matched our expectations and were located near our event. Unfortunately, the weather did not work out in our favor, but we had an excellent time.

We loved our stay at Marisa’s! The location was wonderful and the space was just what we needed. The fenced in backyard was a major plus for our pups!

Great cottage for a quick getaway! We were about 20-30 min from the location we needed to be at (wedding) and the beach was just a quick walk down the road! It was so helpful to have all the beach amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas, floats) available at our disposal so that we didn’t have to bring our own.

An amazing host! Very responsive, kind, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

nice bed and kitchen, bathroom can be touched up a little but did a good job for the weekend consider alternatives if you're very tall (I think 6'4" would be max height before you start hitting your head on the doorframe) I'd stay here again for sure: spacious, affordable, quiet, clean

If you are looking for a quaint place for two right in the heart of downtown apalachicola then this place is perfect for you. The carriage loft is small but clean and has everything you’d need for a lovely time at the beach.

Julie's place was clean and and super cute and just enough for the two of us. It was 2 blocks over from the beach and though it's on the main road you can't tell. The place was peaceful and quiet. Our host also provided everything we needed for the beach including a wagon and chairs. She thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Brad was on property so he was always accessible. We came for the balloon fiesta which was only a few miles from his location. We would stay again.

An amazing value and a great place to stay. Chris is an incredible host who is very responsive! I would absolutely stay here again if I am in the area.

the place is small but comfortable. very clean. easy check in. the kids loved the snacks the host left for us. the place is great. the only thing that we didn't like is that there is no TV in the bedroom, so if you are like me and have to fall asleep to a TV then that might be an issue. but that is just a personal preference. everything else about the place is perfect.

James’s place was a wonderful deal. Loved having the two full units, complete with all amenities. I loved all the thoughtful extras he put into his place, like the the popcorn containers filled with snacks and candy. And the wood provided for the smokeless fire pit, which was awesome by the way. My wife and I stayed with our 2 young children and we would def stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our second time at Doug & Lesley’s place. Just the nicest people & a quiet, comfortable stay in a lovely setting. Very near the interstate, but worlds away from the hustle and bustle. We’ll be back!

This was the nicest Air B&B we have stayed in so far. It was just perfect. It was on a beautiful bayou with places to sit out and enjoy. The accommodations were perfect - very clean, nicely decorated, and all amenities that we needed were available. It was just lovely.

This space was perfect for a nice stay while in Panama City Beach. It is centrally located to a lot of amenities, including the beach and restaurants. The space is as described and was very nice and clean.

Jill and Ty were amazing hosts, full of hospitality, very informative and friendly as well. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time and will highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in that area, super memorable super peaceful and beautiful scenic views as well as central to everything necessary and convenient. We will be back!

Loved this place! Clean coastal decor. Beautiful quiet setting. Wonderful amenities. Enjoyed biking, walking, playing pickleball and using the weight room, and especially loved the large infinity pool. Great area on 30a as it’s close to beach and good restaurants like Stinky’s.

Really clean and sweet place to stay. Anita is awesome. Plenty of snacks and coffee. Soft linens and towels. Responds promptly to questions and needs. This is the exact location that meets our needs for visit with family. Tricky to pinpoint driveway in the dark, but not a big deal. Anita gives you specific landmarks that make it easier. I would love to stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola.

We loved this little cottage! It had everything we needed for a cozy trip and our dogs loved the area to run in. It was a perfect getaway and still close to surrounding beaches and things to do.

What a gem Helen’s property is!!! From the beautiful gardens, which I meditated and did yoga in each morning before dawn to the deck over looking the ocean, to watching sunrise with our coffee, we couldn’t have asked for a more rejuvenating space. The private beach is just that. We only saw 2 people on it the whole week and that was in the evening during low tide. We frolicked in the water daily as if we hadn’t a care in the world. The public beach (a very short drive down the road) is still very quiet, but there are a few people to stop and chat with about the dolphins showing off in the water and nature’s beauty. Helen is so kind and sweet, responding to our needs but never hovering. Puppy, who is friendly and calm, meandered over to say hi daily, and Plywood (a beautiful cat) would stop as if to say hi but never come too close. This is a magical space that we will forever hold in our hearts.

Super cute stay in Pensacola, beautiful area, very clean and cozy mother in law suite. Meagan is very responsive with messages, helped my wife and I decide if this would work for us during our cross country move (it did!). We even had a fire with the hosts! Highly recommend staying here!

This was my third stay and it was just a lovely and comfortable as the previous times! The cottage is private and quiet and has everything you need. The neighborhood is lovely. The location is absolutely perfect for the things I need to do in Pensacola. It's a little costlier in season, but still cheaper than a basic room in a decent hotel or a comparable Airbnb stay. I am certain I'll be back!
