Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Florida Panhandle

The house was great space for our family. Rooms were big. Kitchen was stocked with what you needed to cook with. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Carol was great and responsive. There was an issue with the den tv and she handled and took care of it immediately. Will definitely love to come back for another stay.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. We loved the convenience of the multiple bedroom suites and the spacious porch and balconies.

The Home in Gulf Breeze looked exactly like the photos online stunning! It had the perfect fenced in backyard for our dog. It was close the Beaches, Shopping, and Dining. I definitely recommend staying at this Beach House!

Such a beautiful and spacious condo! It was more than pictured! One thing to remember when staying her… Although they have pots, pans, and all the kitchen essentials. They do not have salt, pepper, trash bags, or coffee filters for the coffee pot. We did leave the things of salt and pepper we bought for the next guest. Not sure if they will throw it out due to covid-19. The ice maker is not in refrigerator, but in it’s own separate space attached inside the bar! Also beware of the oven and microwave, it was confusing at first. The panel to work both are in the same area. Oven panel/buttons were on the left and microwave on the right. I would definitely bring more towels for the pool and beach, as those are not provided. There is a gift shop on the ground floor, that has a lot of essentials you can buy if you need them! They’re so friendly in there and have a lot of cute things! I think that about checks off everything I wish to let future guest know! It is a beautiful place, and very accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay.. it was quiet, pool very close, golf was amazing, plenty of room for our little group. The tram service was wonderful. There are plenty of dishes, cups, etc.

Stanton was very attentive and made the whole process easy. I love the extra amenities provided at no extra cost ie beach towels, beach chairs, snacks, laundry detergent to name a few. The view is spectacular! And the check out process was the easiest one I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great location close to everything you can walk, bike or ride to anything you want in 10 minutes. You may find yourself wanting to just stayat the resort. EdgeWater has always been a family favorite and continues to be today.

Excellent trip!! Karen was amazing with all the info she provided. We never needed to ask anything because she somehow knew what we needed!! The communication was spot on! The view from her condo is 100% perfect. I don’t think I have the words to describe just how amazing the whole place was. Clean, well decorated, stocked with just what we needed. Will totally stay again!! 10/10 recommend!!
