Tiny house holiday rentals in Florida Panhandle

We spent a month at this cozy and comfortable cottage on Santa Rosa Sound. Steve and Tara are great hosts - responsive and very helpful. Having access to the waterfront is a real bonus with an already good place to stay. The listing is very up front about being on highway 98, but the noise didn't bother us.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Pensacola Pelican Retreat! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy, and the house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The space was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything Pensacola has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Vicki and Steve were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided helpful local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful little home with elevated finishes and decor. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-stocked, comfy beds. The host was kind, welcoming, and provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend this cute cottage. My mom, my dog, and I spent the month there. East Hill is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The cottage is close to the dog park, which is by the water and has tennis courts! It’s a short drive from downtown and the Mako Athlete CrossFit gym, where I spent a lot of my time. The shared courthouse was peaceful and very private. Terri and Stuart are very kind hosts. They’re easy to talk to, but also gave us our space. I will be back!

This was a great vacation rental that was beautifully decorated, and conveniently located to shopping, golf course, restaurants. There were 2 bedrooms but a day bed offered additional space. The house was very tastefully decorated and well maintained. You could easily spend your entire time on the resort and not even need to leave.

Great value on your own private cottage in the host’s backyard. The hosts were so nice and warm and offered us local tips and things to do. Location is minutes from downtown Pensacola and NAS and was super easy to find. Extra blankets, towels and snacks are provided ~ which can be skimped on with other hosts and are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

This place is adorable! Had everything we needed and more. Loved the special touches too. Perfect yard for our pup. Internet was spotty but we dealt with it. Would highly recommend this place!

I didn’t actually get a chance to stay here because the trip got canceled due to bad weather, but Felix was very responsive and helpful with getting it all sorted out. I plan to attempt to stay again hopefully in the near future.

This little tiny house worked out perfect for my two weeks day while in the area working. The large fencing private lot is such a perk and they did a great job with the interior of the home.

Me and two of my friends stayed here for a girls spring break trip and we absolutely loved it!! It was even cuter in person and we felt right at home!! We would love to return one day!

We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

This tiny house was everything we wanted and more. Great location and close to downtown. Very nice and safe neighborhood. We walked our dogs around the neighborhood multiple times. The home was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed for some rest and relaxing. We enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to staying again.

Nice, clean, cozy studio with porch and parking. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Convenient to many more. Great stay, great host. Recommend if you're visiting Destin area.

Perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!!

We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights here! Quiet and clean, the hosts were helpful and responsive but respected our privacy. Check out was easy and you didn’t have to do all of the clean up (leave the sheets, towels on floor) only wish we would have had a car as public transportation wasn’t really a thing but that’s not on the host at all!

Sheila's tiny home was very comfortable and relaxing. Communication response was quick and helpful. The home is located in a perfect area near shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Just the perfect vacation spot for 1 or 2 people. We would definitely stay here again.

When we weren’t shopping in downtown Fairhope or eating at fantastic restaurants, we spent a lot of time at the boathouse just chilling. It was wonderful! This place was just what we were looking for - peace and quiet - and not too far from the few things we wanted to do.

for two people, a couples getaway, it was a very nice stay. local to the beaches with a little bit of a drive. lots of activities in the area to do. lots of fun!! had a great time.
