Monthly Rentals in Floriston

We had a fantastic time in Truckee. Kevin was a great host. Very friendly and responsive. Answered any question we had and was very helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was perfect. Plenty of room, clean and easy to work from for one month. We would love to stay with him again next time we are in Truckee.

This location was great, it’s very close to a lot of restaurants stores. It is on a quiet neighborhood street too. The room and bathroom I had were both really clean and had a great nights sleep. I was able to use the kitchen too. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Reno area. Kenny will also give you local recommendations.

It's a place I can recommend. Everything is very convenient, and the city is very close, as are the restaurants. 10/10

This was a great home with plenty of room for us to hang out as a group and cook together! Martin was very responsive when we had questions. Parking was also easy. I would love to stay here again!
