My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Für gemütliche und unterhaltsame Abende sorgt ein Smart-TV mit Internetanschluss. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören ein Waschtrockner und eine Bügeleinrichtung.

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

The pretty 1-room apartment with Wi-Fi and private parking (for €10/day) is perfectly located in the city - west on the famous Kurfürstendamm (still quiet for sleeping, near the trade fair). It comprises a lovely room, a kitchen, and a shower room/WC with a window. As there are two single beds on opposite sides of the room, it is ideal for two work colleagues. Two adjacent apartments are also available. No backyard smells or views, but a view of the tree-lined street.
