My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Es besteht aus einem schönen Zimmer, Küche und Du/WC mit Fenster. wegen der zwei Einzelbetten an verschiedenen Seiten des Zimmers eignet es sich ideal für zwei Arbeitskollegen.Zwei Apt's nebeneinander sind auch vorhanden. keine Hinterhof - Gerüche u.-Blick, sondern Blick zur Baum umsäumten Straße.

Von der Unterkunft ist die Innenstadt sehr gut zu erreichen. Der nächste U-Bahnhof ist nur 350 m entfernt. Von dort ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum beim U- und S-Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse. Für gemütliche und unterhaltsame Abende sorgt ein Smart-TV mit Internetanschluss. Zur weiteren Ausstattung gehören ein Waschtrockner und eine Bügeleinrichtung.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.
