Small very nice studio, well equipped and comfortable and also very clean. Small nooks with lots of tranquility. I recommend it without hesitation.

I had a really good time in the municipality of Givet for work. The accommodation is ideally located less than 200 meters from an Intermarché Contact and a basic gym made the accommodation itself is very pleasant and well-equipped I recommend it without hesitating!

We were now for the third time with our small dog in this wonderfully located house - the large terrace with the magnificent view and the protected, peaceful garden leave nothing to be desired. Alain is a deeply friendly and helpful host; it's always a pleasure to have contact with him. The beautiful landscape of the Ardennes with the magical small towns along the Meuse, the shopping in France and Belgium - again and again a treat for eyes and palate, we also take many delicious memories with us this time!
