Just roll out of bed and walk through the tree lined tunnel straight to the boardwalk of your own fairly private beach! Bring your dogs and let them roam the huge fenced in backyard lined with live oaks and a fire pit for the family to unite. A quieter part of Folly where the surfers like to shred but still only a short while to the bars of Folly and just 15 minutes from downtown. You will love this place!!

Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Please respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties. This 3BD/3.5 BA oceanfront home can accommodate eight guests and has an ocean view from every bedroom! There is access to the beach directly from the property. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the oceanfront decks or a family meal from the ocean-view dining room with plenty of seating.

"Advance to Boardwalk" is located directly on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk in Wild Dunes Resort. This lovely beach house is a quick walk down the Boardwalk to the beach, a cafe/bar, and two oceanfront pools! The master is on the main level, with two additional bedrooms upstairs, ALL with en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, SmartTVs in each room, and a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and seating for 8. Linens are included! No pets.
