The property consists of two housing units of 60 square meters each, 300 meters from the beach, with a covered and furnished veranda, large green space, outdoor shower, barbecue and panoramic view. On the ground floor there is a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower; on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The rate includes a weekly supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen.
