Villa Susanna

Ancient Villa of 1908, built to become a factory of essences of lemons and oranges,which grew in the vast citrus grove owned by the villa. Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas are presented in a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style one. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed living stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfasts, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with air conditioning ,and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with the Ion Polyphemus refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.

the garden among lemons

A place to stay for days, to think, relax, cook and eat, catch the sun, write and eventually work with a very fast wifi reaching the garden as well. The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.
