Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The Raffner Hof in Ruhpolding – Chiemgau / Bavarian Alps The apartment is located in the quiet district of Stockreit with wonderful views of the Chiemgau mountains. Ideal for hiking and biking. The climbing forest and the Flyline at Unternberg also offer adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are approx. 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive. Ruhpolding is also the perfect base for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

The Alpenresidenz house is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location overlooking the impressive mountain panorama of the Bavarian Alps and is still only a few minutes' walk from the town center. The terraces of the two apartments on the garden level and the very large balcony of the attic apartment invite you to relax and unwind. The cozy apartments are lovingly furnished in the Bavarian-modern country house style. Our guests receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge!

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

Fully equipped apartment from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the valley, the golf course and the mountains of nearby Tyrol. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the hiking parking lot/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes by car from the start into the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski resort.

The apartment house "am Taubensee", consisting of several apartments, is quietly located on a lake and at the foot of the Rauschberg, the local mountain of Ruhpolding. We welcome dogs, they stay with us for free. If you are looking for peace in nature, you have come to the right place. We also offer a morning bread service at peak times.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
