Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

The nearest town is Førde which is 30 minutes away. Haukedalsvatnet is about 500 m from the cabin, where you can buy a fishing license. Here is a nice place to find peace.

On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the house. The house is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff, and with a direct view to, Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. Our beautiful 3 room ground floor apartment is available for rent. Perfect suitable for a couple, a small family or 2-4 friends. Two separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included. The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Loen paradise

Beautiful place by the lake, short distance to most places. The cabin is located between Stryn and Loen, 4 min drive from both roads. The cabin is newly renovated, new kitchen, bathroom and loft with 2 double beds. There is some traffic noise in the summer. There is a small hot water tank, not everyone can shower after each other.

The forge is newly renovated and located right by the sea with a large veranda and outdoor wood-fired sauna with panoramic glass. Possibility to rent a boat. 6 km from staffed/self-service grocery store with opening hours 7-23. Many nice hiking opportunities nearby.
