Monthly Rentals in Forest Hills

This is what Airbnb was intended to be: a space on the owners’ property where they are on site and welcome you to their home (not some corporate owned property). The space has adorable cottage vibes and has everything you need! Private entrance with a shared back patio and yard. We only stayed for a weekend, but Randy and Cathy have equipped the space for both short and longer term stays. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had coffee pods, tea, and bottled water (first time I’ve experienced this in my 11 years staying in Airbnbs). Randy was very proactive with communication and responsive to any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood with a park across the street. Great for kids!

Carrie is a proactive, informative, very reliable,friendly great host. The place is peaceful strategic close enough to downtown Nashville; Easy to access to great restaurants, all activities, also quiet and peaceful from all the downtown chaos. The place provided all the amenities mentioned with easy parking.

We had a wonderful short stay at Carol’s place. Clean, welcoming, comfortable. Carol had great communication with us throughout. We would happily stay again!

I can second everyone else’ great reviews. Debbie goes above and beyond as a host. She’d stocked the fridge including with lots of home made goodies, was super responsive, caring and kind. I travelled with my baby and Debbie couldn’t have been kinder, sourcing a baby bath, toys, setting up a crib. My son was a bit poorly during our stay and Debbie checked in on us. She also gave us some more food. I’ve never stayed in an air bnb like this, Debbie is an incredible host. If you’re thinking of booking, do it.
