Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family-friendly Laye ski resort, right by the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer a self-contained, single-storey gîte of approximately 90 m², providing a high level of comfort, complete with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur valley. The gîte comprises 2 bedrooms of 15 m² each, a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also benefit from a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's play equipment and parking spaces.

For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be delighted to provide you with some tips and recommendations. Close to the ski resorts of Ancelle, St Leger, Chaillol and Orcières, it is surrounded by hiking trails in the Parc des Ecrins. Ideal for families, it offers a large living room with TV, Netflix, Wi-Fi, mezzanine for the children's area with a double bed and a single bed, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room with toilet and separate toilet, terrace.

Ideally located for hiking, ski resorts, swimming, farmers’ markets, Golf Gap-Bayard (10 minutes away), cycling, etc. (Gap: 20 minutes; Saint-Bonnet-en-Champsaur: 7 minutes) Please note that we do not provide bed linen or bath towels.
