Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Forest

Kelly’s house is perfect for my visits to see my child at UL. Kelly is very helpful and responsive. I have stayed there 2 times: once with dogs and once without. Both were great. I will be back.

Jessi’s Air bnb exceeded my expectations! The house its self was beautiful, and the inside was very well kept up! The back deck made the perfect lounging area, as well as the boat dock! We enjoyed lots of sunshine at the dock! Jessi’s communication was amazing, checking in on us, keeping up to date and her response time made questions answerable within minutes! The location of the house is 15 minutes from restaurants which made it very accessible! The house is perched back into a cove, which made it very peaceful and relaxing! I would highly recommend Jessi’s air bnb!

We used this house for our annual ladies get together - there was 4 of us - the space was perfect- beautifully decorated- very comfortable sofa - we enjoyed the games.

From the moment I booked, Tony and Tina were responsive and helpful. Their home was very welcoming, and any questions we had while there were promptly responded to. The space was nice and comfortable. Our kids really liked access to all the games! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy and comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and to accommodate our needs. We visited over Easter and made a big Easter meal for our son (who is in college in the area) and his friends. I was so pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, serving dishes, etc - best appointed kitchen of any Airbnb I have stayed in to date. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is convenient and the surrounding area is just beautiful. We found a different walking trail/park each morning to explore. I highly recommend a stay here!

This was a great place for our family to stay while we were in town. We are a family of 4 kids so it’s nice when all 6 of us have a bed to sleep in. Katie’s place was very clean and welcoming. She was a great host, very good communication and had some nice recommendations for places to eat. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and the out door patio was a good retreat for some quiet in the evening. If heading to Lynchburg again, we would definitely stay here again.

Quick but sweet trip to visit with my LU freshman. Anna and Nate's place was less than 10 minutes from campus. Their place was perfect for my husband and I. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Barry and Linda’s apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and decorated very nice. For it to be a basement apartment, you could barely hear anyone upstairs. Since we were arriving after dark it was super helpful to have the solar lights to brighten the nice walkway. There are stairs to the basement but they are very wide steps and solar lights as well. Barry and Linda had the inside lights on for us, which was very thoughtful! I definitely wouldn’t mind staying at their place again! It was home away from home.

Nedra and Bubba made me feel welcome from the moment I met them. They helped me pack in my luggage and showed me around the place. It was cozy and warm! I saw them through out my stay but they were always giving me my privacy. The house is in such a great location, it allowed for close access to restaurants, historical spots and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Lynchburg! The location of the condo could not have been better! We parked our car and did not move it again until time to leave. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, hike the Blackwater Creek Trail, and to tour the beautiful city as first time visitors. We enjoyed the view from the balcony... the cobblestone street below, the James River, and even a guitarist playing soft tunes at The Glass House. The condo was nicely decorated and definitely had a feel of casual luxury. It was incredibly clean and just perfect in every way!

We took our granddaughter to visit Liberty U. The central location was perfect for all we did in and around Lynchburg. We love history, so we truly enjoyed the workmanship of this historic building. The spacious rooms, high ceilings and a balcony that overlooks city. All you need in the kitchen to dine in. It was full on Spring when we arrived. The beautiful cherry trees and foliage that lined the street were in all their glory. We can recommend without hesitation.

Very close to restaurants and shopping. Loved that it was right there on the Bluff Walk and could walk right out from the apartment. Very tidy and comfortable accommodations!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb stays we have had. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had anything we may have needed, plus!!! Mike was always friendly in his communications, shared great information about the area and really went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for a great stay!! Beautiful and very clean condo. The location worked great for us and the check in directions were clear and precise. I will choose to stay here every time I visit Forest.

This is a VERY nice condo unit in a brand new building in a large development in Forest. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Liberty University and downtown Lynchburg are about 20 minutes away. The living area is spacious, the kitchen area is well organized and the beds are comfy. The elevator in the building is a plus for move-in and move-out. I do wish there was a TV in the bedroom.

Will be staying here every time we come back to Lynchburg! A great location and an even greater set up! The parking situation is nice and the entire apartment was clean and welcoming!

This place and area is perfect for a quiet place to relax. It's close to everything but without the traffic. The condo was super clean and tidy, very spacious, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
