À rare gem! I have been including a stop in Sperlonga every time I come to Italy just because of this Airbnb and the unparalleled welcome I always get by host, Stella. It is simply perfect in every way. The place feels like home, large and spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location with the aroma of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As soon as we arrive, we start to relax as we feel as if our comfort in her home is paramount to her. She takes great care to make your stay unique and one that you will not forget. Don’t hesitate to ask and you will get great recommendations for places to visit in the area, she has great knowledge on the area. You will also have all you need in this spacious beautiful home to cook, relax and sleep well. I feel lucky to have stumbled on this wonderful place and grateful to host Stella for her hospitality that goes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. Absolutely gorgeous property with large outdoor spaces! A direct access to the sea from the garden and beach very close by! Tranquil way to spend vacation and relax.

This small gem is perfectly placed a stone’s throw to a morning cafe’, an afternoon spritz, and an evening dinner. Maya’s place is unique and spotless and she was responsive to our needs and requests. A great spot to enjoy all Sperlonga has to offer!

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Silvano’s place was just as discribed and pictured. The view of the sea from the apartment is amazing. Silvano clearly communicated the situation with the construction and was proactive and responsive with all questions I had during my stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Ciò che si apprezza di più di questa location è la pace e la tranquillità del luogo, proprio sulle rive del lago, aprendo la finestra, si ha vista diretta sul tramonto e sulle acque tranquille del Lago di Paola e potersi rilassare a fine giornata nel proprio giardino a ridosso della riva è un’esperienza rara. È inoltre a 5 min di macchina dal centro città e dalla spiaggia, permettendo di godere di mare e lago in una stessa vacanza. È stato un piacere conoscere Michele e Clarissa, premurosi e gentili, che abitano lì in zona e presenti per ogni evenienza, hanno la capacità di farti sentire non un semplice ospite ma parte della famiglia, pur garantendo totale autonomia, indipendenza e privacy, mix ideale tra consapevolezza di avere supporto per consigli su luoghi, ristoranti e attrazioni e sensazione di libertà e ritrovo con se stessi. Perfetto per un soggiorno di coppia o di famiglia. Noi siamo stati lì in coppia con due bimbi piccoli che hanno goduto dello spazio esterno del giardino. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che alla fine abbiamo deciso di rimanere addirittura una notte in più! Torneremo sicuramente.

Gianluca è una persona gentile, disponibile e amichevole, ci ha dato subito indicazioni su come poterci muovere in zona, la depandance è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti per la prima colazione e anche qualche spuntino, il giardino ben curato con diverse piante da frutto e agrumi, la piscina, fiore all'occhiello, ci siamo rilassati tantissimo, i tre pelosetti dolcissimi, la mamma cordiale, gentile, disponibile e discreta, torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato, l'alloggio è ben collegata con tutte le arterie di tangenziale e autostrada, sia verso Roma che verso Napoli. Grazie

Perfecte villa voor maximaal 4 personen. Wij waren met zijn tweetjes en hadden volop ruimte. Prachtige tuin, tuintafel + stoelen, ligstoelen en ligbedden, zon/schaduw: geweldig! Goed uitgeruste keuken. Badkamer is wat klein en beetje gedateerd, maar àlles functioneert prima. Geweldige host die snel reageert en direct helpt bij alle vragen. Kortom: uitstekende accommodatie voor bezoek aan Gaeta, Sperlonga en strand!!

Donatella’s house was a beautiful & serene place to spend several days while visiting Gaeta & its nearby beaches. It has comfortable sunny sitting areas, one with picture postcard views of the sea, the other in a lush garden. The house is comfortable & nicely laid out with bedrooms away from the kitchen/sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking though we mostly walked into town & brought food in to dine on the lovely terrace. We did not have a car, but it was a quick (10 min.) & easy walk to a beautiful beach (but for a small stretch of highway that is not for the faint of heart – or children). Also relatively easy walking into the town of Gaeta once you clear a small stretch of busy highway (which I would not walk after dark due to cars and visibility on the winding stretch of road). If you are unable to walk hills and some distance, we would recommend renting a car for the most flexibility. We enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant and relaxing experience and would return.

Casa perfettamente rispondente alle foto, vicinissima al mare, con una veduta impagabile e dotata di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Molto pratici il self check-in e check-out. Host gentili e disponibili. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno in questa struttura per serate rilassanti su una terrazza mozzafiato.

Einmalige Lage am Fuße des Circeo. Trotz hoher Besucherzahlen des Strandes an schönen Wochenenden ist dieser Strandabschnitt durch die privaten Häuser nie überlaufen denn von der Straße gibt es keinen öffentlichen Zugang in diesem Abschnitt. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangsort für viele Ausflüge und sportliche Aktivitäten. Fazit: im Vergleich zum Monte Argentario in der Toskana reihe ich den Circeo auf Platz 1.

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno, tutto come da descrizione. Posto ideale per passare dei giorni in totale relax, pace e a pochi passi dal mare, la cui vista è godibile anche dallo splendido e curatissimo giardino.

I can’t say enough about my stay. This was a fabulous place and I couldn’t get over that I was just one street away from the beach! Wonderful town, gorgeous surroundings, and such a wonderful host! So kind and helpful very, very responsive! When I come back to Italy it will be to Gaeta and this Airbnb! Gaeta compared to the other places I stayed while here in Italy just outshined the others. I couldn’t get over how large the apartment was. It was exactly as pictured and if I could give it 10 stars I would have. You won’t be disappointed staying here! Grazie mille!
