The accommodation is in a great location to visit Gaeta, central, on a very characteristic street and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach of Serapo. The Hosts, friendly and helpful, were extremely responsive and communicating with them was always very easy. The apartment is very clean, new, thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything from the kitchenette to the iron to the espresso machine, including capsules and comfort. It is very bright, and equipped with dark ones that allow you to sleep completely in the dark if you want. The bathroom has a nice window and the shower is equipped with a system to avoid wasting water. Considering the centrality of the area, in the evening it is quite quiet because there are no night activities under the house, but in the morning the neighborhood wakes up early. A few steps away is a great bar and all the amenities are within easy reach. If you want to enjoy a vacation in Gaeta, it's a great choice.

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

great value. the house is essential in everything and we had a good time. the highlight is the parking with the pass provided by Marta in the center near the house.

My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

We were already in Giancarlos apartment for the third time and had a fantastic vacation again. The apartment offers enough space and everything is available. The view in the sea is a dream. In addition, the location is very central and you can walk to everything. Giancarlo was always available for us and helped us with questions immediately. Also his mother's check-in worked perfectly. We had a great time at Giulio's apartment. There was plenty of space for 2 people. We really liked the location and we walked both on the beach and to the old town every day. The beach was 2 minutes away, past a crowing rooster and hens, lemon and orange trees. We relaxed, heard the waves, and read book. Perfect relaxing holiday. Thank you for us 🍋

Everything as advertised. The apartment is spacious and airy, you sleep very well at night and there is no noise at night. The lady welcomed us very well . Private parking is very functional. For those who want to use the free beaches, I did not understand why they were still all occupied (at least the first 3 rows ) by umbrellas in concession even if not used. This is incorrect, but it is not a problem for the host but of the municipality. My suggestion is to ignore the advice of the staff and settle in where you prefer. A few meters from all the services and shops... 50 meters from trying the oven that makes croissants and donuts at night... irresistible.

We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

We visited Villa Greg with 11 people, 5 of them children 10 years old and under, and it was absolutely PERFECTO! There was space for children to be children, and space for adults to gsther and share a meal or a bottle (or two or three...) of wine. Close to charming medieval towns and world class, Michelin starred dining, we could not have had a more amazing time.

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Friendly and helpful hosts. I definitely recommend staying at this property for relaxing evenings on a breathtaking terrace.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

The accommodation matches the photos, I would say even better than expected. The house is very close to the sea and is really beautiful: spacious greenery for our dogs (who loved the madness running through the garden), a small terrace where you can eat with greenery around and a clean and correct accommodation (we were in 4 and 3 dogs and we had a great time). Outside there is a shower, an oven/fire pit, a pump and car space (there are two cars, a Twingo and a Citroen entrance). The other villas around made the area not too secluded. Just look as described to the speed cameras along the way (but in general throughout the coast). The owners were responsive to our requests and very courteous. From the accommodation we easily moved to the surrounding areas necessarily by car. In short, if you want a place in a strategic location, that is quiet, spacious and close to the sea, suitable for children and animals (fenced all over the perimeter) choose it!

This is our third time staying in one of Muna's apartments, and we plan to return again. Great location with incredible views, beautiful sunsets, easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, and anything else you need. Muna is a very attentive and friendly host.

I recommend it to everyone, clean, nice, everything works, nice view, close to everything. We were with a family, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We didn't make any noise, but even during the day, the lower neighbor came up during the day to hear us walking barefoot… it was an inconvenience, there was little space to park on the street, there was little space, we were able to find one, but after a few days since we didn't move, they spotted our two back tires. Our host was very kind to help us right away, but the cost of the two new tires of €400 was bad… of course this is not the host's fault, but it may be a good idea to park the car in a different place every day to avoid the wrath of the locals.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

Great base for exploring, so close to the beach, the mountains, the town. Really easy check in, everything worked as it should and the apartment is very spacious! We would love to stay here again!

I’ve been in Italy for a month and I can confidently say my stay in terracina at Claudio’s appartment was my favorite. Small town with amazing restaurants and beaches in walkable distant! Historical landmarks are close by to visit. Needless to say the apartment was much more beautiful in person. I recommend this stay to anybody who wants to avoid the big city!
