Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

A special neighborhood for self-catering in the Fichtelgebirge holiday region: in the romatic circus wagon from 1926 overlooking the Egertal. Quite in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddle, an ideal retreat for one or two. Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.

Der City Park Loft liegt nur wenige Meter vom Krankenhaus und dem Stadtpark entfernt. Ein Einkaufsmarkt, eine Tankstelle sowie ein Restaurant sin in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum in 5 Gehminuten. Der Loft ist frisch Renoviert und geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit Küche, Sofa, Fernseher, Wifi und Bad.
