“The room was clean and great! We were close to the Gaylord Resort, which was great since were in town for a convention. We took a Lyft everywhere we went and never spent more than $10. Jim was very responsive and thorough upon checking in. I would definitely stay here again!”

“One should be aware that National Harbor is a gated community and access can be circuitous, although there are alternatives (or were when I was there). One might want to inquire as it might NOT be easily walkable as it appears on the map.”
I try to my house to clean and comfortable for all guests. I have ADT security systems.
“Mia’s home is only a 5 minute drive from the Gaylord National Convention Center tucked away on a quiet residential street. It’s about 15-20 minutes from downtown Alexandria. Mia offered a ride each time to me and other guests staying at her place. Mia even had home cooked meals prepared for me and the other guests. The house was very clean and overall very lovely. A variety of drinks and snacks were available in a mini fridge in the dining room. Fresh towels were available each day. There are labels on almost everything with directions on how to interact with various items in the home. There are hardwood floors throughout the home, so it’s good to be mindful of other guests that may be staying there or Mia who lives downstairs. I’m generally a lite sleeper, but didn’t have issues with having a good night’s sleep. While I generally try to get a hotel at the Gaylord, because of the hospitality and rate, I’m going to try to book Mia’s place for my next visit. She really goes above and beyond and does everything she can to make her guests feel welcome.”
