The house is arranged on two floors. An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. This house has been included in a newspaper specialized for its architecture, furnishings, and of course the view. The flat is completed by a room dedicated to the Jacuzzi hot tub.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
