In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr(30 min drive).5 G internet.

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer.
