Great small studio, enough space for 2 we were, small but practical and functional kitchen, utensils in good condition. Very nice view and calm. Great TV and wifi. Acceptable walk to the cable car. The parking is a little chaotic, because a lot of space is lost with the neighbors parking a bit no matter how, but the hosts can't help it. Anyway, a great value for the money.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation. The beds are comfortable. Very well-equipped with dishes. The location is ideally located at the foot of the gondola in front of Lake Geneva. Like our previous stays at Giovanni's, our stay was perfect and very pleasant. The apartment is modern and well located in a quiet area and a short walk to the lake. We'll be happy to go back soon.

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

Helene and her husband were very kind and helpful when we found ourselves in a very difficult situation no thanks to another terrible Airbnb host. We needed accommodation that day and Helene was fantastic at communicating and rallied round immediately to get our apartment ready. Would highly recommend.

Ideal accommodation in the heart of Chamonix. Parking (for a fee) is just behind the building. Very clean and functional. Close to Brévent area I highly recommend it.

Staying at this place was a really pleasant experience. The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with little things that make the stay comfortable. The location is great – in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the center and all the important amenities. Free parking. Sandrine was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach for any questions. For the welcome, we were given marmalade that Sandrine prepared herself. I would certainly choose this place again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable Airbnb.

Apartment in a very good location. Clean and very well arranged, the terrace is very sunny.

We felt very good in Valerie's little apartment and enjoyed every moment. After the pellet stove taming, we enjoyed small moments around the fire. We really enjoyed the care taken in the decor, the private access to the terrace, the possibility of making coffee and cooking equipment, the piano and of course the very friendly communication with Valerie! I spent 4 weeks with peace of mind. Indeed, when traveling for work, after long hours, there's nothing better than feeling at home. The apartment had everything I needed, as featured on the list, and more, I had access to Netflix. The apartment is very clean, which is a guarantee of quality, and any equipment mentioned is functional. I was welcomed by Medhi for the check-in. He was always available to answer my questions. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from a supermarket and other amenities. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

The apartment has a small balcony where you can hear the sound of the creek as well as the chirping of the birds. Although the building complex is a bit outdated, the small but nice apartment is comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything it needs for cooking and the bathroom is in very good condition. At the other end of the corridor there is a sauna that you look at the age of the building, but it is clean and completely serves its purpose. Small plus: When we were guests, we were the only ones who actually used the sauna. Carinne is a very kind host. The communication with her was very pleasant. The location of the apartment is perfect for hiking. There are countless routes that start right in the surrounding area. For shopping, you have to drive 15 minutes by car - no problem if you do the shopping directly on the way there. All in all, the stay was very nice.

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
