We are located 30 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame, 35 miles from the Turning Stone Casino, 10 miles from the Herkimer Diamond mines, and the beautiful sights of the Adirondack Mountains are located in our back yard. Located near the NYS Thruway!

Welcome friends! Great house for baseball season. Each room is large, inviting, and offers wonderful natural lighting with its 56 windows. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Our family home has been lovingly cared for over the past several decades and we are eager to share its charm with you! Close proximity to excellent walk/bike trails, Erie Canal, Herkimer Diamond Mines, Nexus Center, Adirondack Bank Center and more!

Various wildlife depending on the season; deer, geese, ducks, wild turkeys. 10 minutes to Sauquoit 15 minutes to Utica, Clinton, New Hartford, Utica University Nexus Center, MVCC Jorgensen Athletic and Events Center and Hamilton College 20 minutes to Herkimer, Illion, Frankfort 40 minutes to Cooperstown and Doubleday Field

“La Villa Blanca” - Near UU, Nexus, & Wynn

****(see note below) La Villa Blanca is a peaceful escape in heart of the city. This one bedroom, one bathroom penthouse is cozy, bright, airy and clean. Though I love children and pets dearly, neither are allowed in La Villa Blanca. ***Max of two people. However, I know there is a tournament coming up and if your youth is willing to sleep on an air mattress in the living room, I can approve this for three people. Just let me know.
