Monthly Rentals in Franklin

We had an amazing stay at Carin’s place. It was clean, modern, cozy, spacious and welcoming. Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and the two bathrooms were incredibly large and luxurious. We cooked dinner at the house and were impressed by all the high-quality utensils and super easy to use soda stream! Sitting by the lake was so peaceful and Carin has a portable speaker so we played music and admired some nature by sunset. Carin was communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. All round this was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back when going on an upstate adventure :)

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.
