Our cozy farmhouse is located on the edge of the Bienwald and at the foot of the South Palatinate vineyards. In the border region with Alsace, cyclists and hikers will get their money's worth. Excursion destinations from the imperial basilica to Speyer to the climbing park in Kandel, the Palatinate mountains, swimming lakes and swimming pools are around the corner. The 2-story, detached house with a large yard and garden and a great kitchen completes your stay. Parties do not fit the ambiance and are therefore not desired.

The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used, for example, for smoking. The University of Landau and the city center are about 2 km away, the master school for audiologists and the educational center for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355 m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Welcome to our holiday apartment in Kandel! 😊 The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and excursions to the beautiful Southern Palatinate. The train station can be reached on foot in about 5-7 minutes. There is free parking on the property. In addition to two bedrooms and bathrooms, you can expect a dining room and a small south-facing balcony with a view of the countryside.
