The footbridge over to Kråkerøy and the city ferry are just a few metres from the door. The apartment overlooks the square and the river, and is located in the middle of the city's two shopping centres, Værstetorvet and Torvbyen. Spacious open living room/dining room/kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms and TV room provide plenty of space for meetings, guests, or extra accommodation for children. Pets allowed. Access to the elevator in the neighboring building, but there are some steps between the buildings.

A total of 8 sleeping places are within walking distance to the beach and a short distance by car to both Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad. Parking space with space for 3 cars. Nice cabin on big, warm and kid friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially renovated in the later years, with a new kitchen, newer bathroom and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex sleeps four as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large veranda with several seating areas. It is of course lovely to be here during the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

This completely newly furnished holiday home offers you the opportunity to quickly get to the nearby jetty, for example to start the day with a refreshing swim. A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.
