The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. A place to relax and enjoy.

This small apartment, not far from the A45 (approx. 3 minutes), is an ideal starting point for hikes and explorations in the nearby Sauer- und Siegerland and the Rothaargebierge. The university and the surrounding hospitals can be reached by car in a few minutes - an ideal place to stay for students, lecturers, professors, nurses and doctors.
