There is a direct train connection in about 500 m. The well-known wine region with the towns of Sommerhausen, Randersacker, Eibelstadt …. offers countless excursion possibilities...

Lovely apartment in a new-build in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with views of the Main and a balcony. Wonderful riverside location, right by the Main Valley Cycle Path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Nixe Main ferry in about 10 minutes. Ochsenfurt's historic old town, with its romantic half-timbered houses and numerous towers, can be reached on foot along the River Main in about 15 minutes.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town.
