Lovely apartment in a new-build in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with views of the Main and a balcony. Wonderful riverside location, right by the Main Valley Cycle Path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Nixe Main ferry in about 10 minutes. The Ochsenfurt Old Town, with its restaurants, romantic half-timbered houses and many towers, can be reached on foot along the Main in about 15 minutes.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

House "Nr.16" OG - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 1960s and reinterpreting it from today's point of view, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We are pleased that our apartments have been included in the architectural tours 2019.
