Welcome to our cozy apartment in the heart of one of the best districts in Berlin, Kreuzberg. Surrounded by great restaurants, you will live cozy and quite. You will have a private entrance, a private bathroom and a spacious room with a queen sized bed. You will have more than enough storage. The place has no kitchen, but there is the best restaurants right downstairs. Important: It is 5th floor so a lot of stairs. Not recommend if you have have trouble walking up stairs.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

This is a quiet 2-room apartment (66m²) for max. 4+2 people. The apartment is located in a typical Berliner “Gründerzeit”-house from 1873 and offers a large kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and two rooms with loft beds. The friendly holiday apartment overlooks the house-owned garden, which can be entered from the same courtyard that also leads to the flat. Only a few minutes away is the underground station Mehringdamm (U6, U7) and a bus station of the M19 line.

We rent our city apartment in Berlin-Mitte. Our modern 1-room apartment with balcony to the rear courtyard is completely refurbished and newly renovated. The living room and bedroom with sofa bed has an integrated kitchenette, a dining table/work table and an additional work console. The shower room with toilet is modernly furnished. Wi-Fi is of course available. Stays of up to 12 days can be requested. The 1-room apartment has about 26 sqm of living space.

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, to the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by

All Zweifach Minilofts have large windows with either north views to the park, or across the city square to the east.

A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special. The buildings architecture is a true "turn of the century" example.
