On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. You can swim, grill, make campfires, relax on the terrace or simply unwind. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

A renovated holiday home for four people awaits you. Plus a baby crib on request. In front of the house is the dike and behind the house are meadows as well as many sheep that offer you pure peace and quiet. Children are welcome here. A climbing frame with swing and trampoline is available for the children. On the terrace you can soak up the sun or light the grill. Since September 2025, we have also had an outdoor sauna, which is heated with wood.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. The approx. 90 sqm "large" cottage awaits you with functional furnishings. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, the house has a timelessly beautiful and robust furnishings. You will find the house in a very quiet, barely busy cul-de-sac right at the entrance to Friedrichskoog- lace. On an approximately 330 square meters large, all-round ingrown property.

Brick charm with cottage touch. A place of security, characterized by the tranquility and vastness of the marshland. "Easy" in the best sense. Children welcome. Hygiene: cleaning by professionals, washing machine directly in the house and freely available. The living room and the two bedrooms were renovated from scratch in 2025 and received a plank floor. In 2026, a new wooden terrace deck was created.
