Beach apartment holiday rentals in Fripp Island

Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful location and view of the beach as well as the pool was great! Comfortable bed and sitting area. Kitchen set up nicely.

This place was clean and had a nice ocean view. The location is perfect, were able to walk to all for the downtown amenities and beach very easily too.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

This was an excellent location and just steps away from the beach. We also had access to beach chairs, towels, and bikes. In addition, Robert was very responsive to any requests or questions, and provided timely information about gaining access to the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to use the unit again on a return visit to Hilton Head.

Very nice condo and a great location! It is so close to the beach! We had a blast on this trip! It was so nice of Jeff to leave us food for breakfast! There was bacon, eggs, orange juice, and milk for us! I definitely would stay here again! Thank you to Jeff for a great trip!

We had a great stay! The home was the perfect size for my family of 4 and my parents. It was wonderful to have a third bathroom. The location was great, and we were less than a minute-walk from the pool, and an easy bike ride to Coligny Beach and Plaza, as well as Alder Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Milan was a fantastic host, he was responsive and so easy to book with, the condo is fantastic! it had everything we needed and more, it was very clean and spacious. the furnture was super comfy. and the area was so peaceful and quiet. everything is within walking distance by a few blocks. I could not believe how easy and convenient it was to get everywhere, there was great food all around, we biked to the grocery store, enjoyed celebration park, and truly can't wait for our next visit back. thank you Milan for everything being wonderful, from check in to our departure! we look forward to our next stay !

Another wonderful Christmas-time stay in Sea Pines! Our family of 5 and small dog had a lovely stay at this property. Clean and comfortable and stocked with most supplies one might need. We had plenty of room and made use of the pull-out sofa as well. Jessica’s place is in a quiet, semi-wooded area only a short walk or bike ride to the beach or the Sea Pines Center Shops. Despite the rain we made good use of the two bikes and leisure trails. We saw deer nearby too. Jessica is very proactive and organized, even mailing gate passes ahead of your stay to make your arrival a breeze. Great value and a great host! We hope to return for another Christmas in the Pines! Be sure to grab breakfast at Low Country Produce and enjoy drinks and small bites at the Quarterdeck!

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

Meahgan was a responsive and accommodating host. She and the property manager, Meg, were quick to respond to our questions and were accommodating to our travel plans. We had arrived earlier than expected and they were able to adjust the cleaning schedule so we could check in a bit earlier. The home is well located - a short drive to restaurants, groceries at Publix, and most importantly, a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home itself was comfortable and well appointed. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks the pool area and a nice sized kitchen and dining area. We cooked a few meals there in comfort. I would certainly recommend her place if traveling to HHI!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again! The unit was exactly like the pictures. The only thing others should be aware of is the entry door is located up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

We have rented twice from Chris and have been very happy. It is great to know that I can trust him to have a property that is the same as listed, clean and wonderful and to know that he isn't going to cancel on me. It was very straightforward and Chris made the process easy. Would 100% recommend renting from him!

This place is great. The resort is beautiful. The pools/spas are new! It’s right on the beach. We loved the grilling area and fire pit at night. The condo is clean and great. Comfy furniture Keith’s instructions were clear and great. We will definitely be back next year.

We can't say enough great things about our stay at Mike and Rachel's Hilton Head condo at the Villamare Resort in Palmetto Dunes. From the moment we booked our stay until checkout, everything was remarkable. The communication with Mike and Rachel leading up to our stay was superb. We received all the detail we needed to access the resort well before our stay started. Their instructions were clear and concise, which made getting to the condo seamless. As Villamare is a well maintained and private resort, it was less stressful knowing that we were in an exceptional area. The condo itself was large, clean, in a great location, and included everything you'd need while there. The resort amenities (private pools and beach access) were also excellent. Being a short walk away from the beach was a huge plus. This rental is one that you'll consider staying at again for future vacations. We certainly will.

Location is excellent- just a short walk to the beach, and the pool was clean and spacious. Also, after staying at other Hilton Head properties, I can't emphasize enough the convenience of 1) personal washer and dryer, 2) ground floor location, 3) personal trash can (no walking to a distant dumpster). The condo was clean and spacious, and we met a number of neighbors/owners in the complex, all of whom were super friendly- we quickly felt at home! One minor note was that the TV in the living room was quite outdated- it had limited streaming capabilities, and even the few it had were unreliable/difficult to figure out, so my family wound up having to watch TV/movies on my iPad (or in the upstairs bedroom, which had full streaming functionality, but was an awkward location for an entire family- wish we could have fully utilized the living room TV). Other than that, the property was perfect, and we had a fantastic visit!

This was our second time Staying here. Everything was outstanding. If you are looking to find the perfect place, this is it!

The place was amazing!! Phenomenal location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Steps from the beach and pools. The close proximity made it really easy to navigate both with kids. Will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!
