The cottage was built in 2018 and is located in the popular climatic spa town of Schwabstedt, about 16 kilometers southeast of Husum and 10 kilometers northeast of Friedrichstadt on the lower course of the Treene. About five kilometers south, the main road 202 runs from St. Peter-Ording via Friedrichstadt. Schwabstedt itself has a good infrastructure, such as a pharmacy, a merchant, restaurants and several doctors - all within walking distance.
