There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

On the ground floor with a large kitchen, dining table, fireplace and the cozy living area, everyone will find their place. From here you can directly access the large terrace, which is above the water. The first floor has two bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna. The loggia is a delightful retreat overlooking the Wadden Sea.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Within walking distance you can reach the historic old town with cozy cafes, downtown with a great shopping mile and the harbor to linger in. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Friesenstraße vacation home

This bright, new row end house is equipped for 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area as well as a guest toilet. Upstairs are the bathroom with rain shower and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The second one with twin beds. In the storage room you will find a washer-dryer, drying rack and vacuum cleaner. 4-legged friends are also welcome here. A lump sum of €50 is charged.

Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are located around the corner. Museums and other sights are all within walking distance. We are surrounded by harbours and water.
