The high-quality equipped apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, dining table and ample closet space. The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor swimming pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space in the yard of the building complete the comfort.

Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. Our apartment is a new (opened on September 1, 2020) luxurious and cozy guest house with its own entrance, a terrace at the bedroom and a lovely bench in front of the door. The apartment is quietly located in a beautiful spot in Amsterdam North, surrounded by greenery and by the water. Within 10 minutes you are downtown. It is the place to enjoy everything that Amsterdam has to offer and to explore the beautiful nature of Waterland within a few minutes on the (free) bicycles.
