The cottage is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has wide views and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is completely made of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the tranquility and the space!

Apartment "Gans"

Idyllic, quiet and rural, our farm is in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. The apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of the house with direct access to the horse stable. The North Sea is only a few kilometers away and can be reached via beautiful bike paths. If you want to bring your horse, this is also a possibility. A riding arena and an indoor riding arena are available. On the farm there are horses, cows, 2 dogs, chickens, geese and 2 people :)

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Look forward to a relaxing stay in our cozy and centrally located apartment. The apartment is ideal for a vacation for two or just to relax for a few days alone. The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Stay on the Harmonie, our cosy 1913 ship in the heart of Zwolle. Sleep on the water, surrounded by history and charm. Enjoy views of the old city wall from the wheelhouse. This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
