Holiday rentals with a patio in Frontenac County

Peaceful and quiet weekend getaway! The space was extremely clean, well stocked, and cozy. Wade was extremely helpful and responsive.

This Airbnb is the best of the best. We found it spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. And the historical building is gorgeous. The location is fabulous and so peaceful. We enjoyed walking to the Portsmouth Tavern down the road and would have walked to the penitentiary had it been open for tours. Unfortunately, it was the off season when we were there. It's an easy drive to find anything you could possibly need. This is our Kingston place and we are hoping we can stay there every time we are in Kingston. It's where you want to stay.

Our stay was great! The space was beautiful and so colourful. It was very comfortable and spacious. The perfect place for a weekend away! Our hosts were very easy to chat with and quick to respond if we had any questions.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very functional and well laid out. Living area was super comfortable and bedrooms were all a good size. The bathroom was also great with nice shower and heated floor! The hot tub and back deck were a great bonus! Highly recommend.

Soren was a fantastic host - quick to answer our questions on a moment’s notice, and extremely kind and knowledgeable about downtown Kingston. His home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better, close to the waterfront, and numerous bars and restaurants in the historic downtown. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

If Airbnb allowed for ratings HIGHER than five stars, Kurt and Nicole would deserve them. Best Airbnb stay ever! Kind, super thoughtful and helpful hosts, lovely place with high ceilings, so much sun, well-equipped kitchen and great linens and towels. Kurt left cream and Buble water and breakfast goodies for me and was super accommodating. Despite tons and tons of snow, the driveway and walkway were 100% cleared. Am definitely planning to come again. Kingston may not be everyone’s destination of choice, but if it is, this is the place to stay.

I stayed one night while passing through town and it was the perfect place! It was cozy and spacious. Towels, extra blankets and Netflix’s was all provided and it was a great location with accessible DoorDash and cheap Ubers! Host was very friendly and responsive, definitely would stay at one of their properties again.

This was our second stay, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! Suren is an exceptional host—attentive and welcoming. The property is absolutely perfect, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. A truly serene getaway. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

We loved the quiet, peaceful surroundings, the spaciousness of the cottage, and the beautiful views from every window. We love music and spent a couple of evenings just sipping wine and listening to music through the sound system routed through the ceilings. The kitchen was beyond well equipped! Further, Donna delivered extra pellets for the stove before we had to ask, and Erik generously mitigated the problem with the hot tub. Truly special hosts who care about their guests and their comfort.

Great place! We had a wonderful time in the cabin! The view is incredible, right at the lake. Colin & Kayla are super friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful long weekend here. The environment is fantastic, and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying in the house for two days. Even though we encountered a snowstorm, we were able to relax comfortably in the house. I highly recommend the hot tub; it was amazing to enjoy the snowy scenery while sipping on a warm drink. Most importantly, the host was very thoughtful and responsible. Not only did they treat us to a bottle of white wine, but they also promptly fixed the hot tub the next day when it wasn't heating up properly. I feel that booking this house was excellent value for the money!"

This is an outstanding home. It is spotlessly clean., beautiful, spacious and in a lovely residential area near grocery stores. The hospitality of the hosts is what stands out the most. They were incredibly responsive to our queries…:within minutes, the amenities were beyond anything I’ve seen at an air bnb. and the person available to clear snow and take care of any issues was on the job immediately and so very helpful. We cannot recommend this home highly enough. Experience it yourself! Thank you Cam and Michelle for such a special stay. We will be back!!!
