5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

This is a very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable house in a quiet, older neighborhood half a block from a lake with nice sidewalks surrounding it. It is a duplex, so you will hear the neighbors while in the living room, but the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and very quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

The hosts were excellent. It was a wonderful stay and I really enjoyed watching the ducks on the canal.

Needed place for workers to stay while doing a project in the area. Very convenient, quiet and just what we were looking for.

This has been the best place we stayed at in this area by far! We come for waterski tournaments several times a year and our usual place was booked. The house is clean, updated, beautifully decorated, well stocked, in a nice area, comfortable. It was especially nice for our dogs because the yard is fenced and large plus the house itself is well designed to be easy to keep clean. Definitely saving this one in our favorites. Thank you so much!!

This place is very peaceful and I enjoyed waking up and watching the view from my room. She has provided nice touches for guests and it was clean and close to everything. I felt secure and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, as it’s close to everything and she is very nice. 😊

As a first user of AirBNBs, I loved how helpful Brittany was. The whole process was easy, she checked in on us to see if we needed anything without feeling intrusive. The house was so clean when my niece spilled her water on the floor, the paper towel was still white when we dried it up. The kids room was set up perfect if you are traveling with littles and having the kids dishes made meals pleasant. The neighborhood had so much to do within walking distance but remained a little noisy late at night. The trade off was worth it to us. We only had to drive when going to the family wedding events.

Condo was in a quiet area centrally located between Orlando and Tampa. The one bedroom was spacious and newly remodeled. Lots of space. Very large deck that faces an old fairway of a golf course. Perfect for softball and baseball parents in town for tournaments. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

The condo was nicely updated and well equipped. Trevor was the best host we have had - very helpful. He makes a great ambassador for Sebring, which is like a taste of a quiet, southern hometown.

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.
