Equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop) A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and storage spaces. Internet (fiber), Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

Appartement front de mer de 100 m2 avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher. Refait à neuf. Très fonctionnel et agréable. 4 eme étage avec ascenseur. Face à la plage aménagée avec restaurants, transat et paillote. En plein centre ville, à 3 min de la gare routière et du tram vers l'aéroport (35 mn, 3€) et le centre de Malaga (45 mn, 3,5 €).
