House: Old double house with beautiful cellar vault and small gastronomy (located in the other part of the house). Meals by arrangement. Village: Tomils, a small village in sunny Domleschg, Grisons. The grocery store, post office and public transport can be reached in 3 minutes. Domleschg: Starting point for beautiful hiking, biking and skiing days.

Large apartment for up to 8 people. In newly renovated condition. Mountain farming village at 1200 müm. Soapstone oven (optional), otherwise underfloor heating. Infrared sauna and large wardrobe for sports gear. Ski slope above the village. Purchase of homemade objects, decorations and antique quotes. Possibly also fresh chicken eggs, quail eggs. Summer and winter sports. More than 10 ski resorts can be reached in one hour. Centrally located in Graubünden. Hikes from the front door in gentle mountain scenery.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Modern apartment on the Heinzenberg at 1200 m above sea level

Relax in this special and quiet place. The bathroom and kitchen were completely remodeled in the summer of 2023. It offers stylish furnishings with two box spring double beds. In the kitchen area, the soapstone oven provides cozy hours. The garden and the view over the valley are hard to beat in uniqueness. Portein is in a sunny location in the magnificent hiking area and with many attractions such as the Viamala or the alpine town of Chur.
