It is a single independent apartment located on the ground floor of a house with its own access. The private pool is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with views of the Provençal village of Fuveau and Sainte-Victoire mountain. Shops and services are within walking distance in the village. We are 30 minutes from the sea (Cassis) and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix en Provence. Parking is available in the cul-de-sac near the property.
