Monthly Rentals in Gainesville

A very spacious apartment located on a quiet street. It was easy to get to and conveniently located for our needs. The bed was comfortable with firm-ish mattress and a couple options on pillows. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Jason's place was awesome and he was super communicative when there was a small issue which he took care of immediately. Would not hesitate at all to stay again!

We had everything we needed for a three day stay while moving our daughter out of her sorority at Brenau! It was fine with Nishat that I used the washer/dryer for some throw rugs and towels of our daughter's which needed laundering before taking to our storage unit, and she even offered to let us double up using her washer, which wasn't necessary, but very thoughtful. She also was willing to have the unit ready early when I messaged her I wasn't feeling well, also ultimately not needed, but again, very thoughtful. Well stocked! We enjoyed the living room with many screened windows overlooking a beautiful and private back yard (you can turn off the air exchange to open the windows for fresh air without running the heat or ac), and we enjoyed the covered porch for morning coffee and pizza for dinner. The landscaping and neighborhood is upscale and gorgeous, but the unit is a bit dated. If you are a larger, plus size or very tall person, the bathroom and shower would be quite snug.

This was my first ever AIRBNB experience. I must say, I was extremely pleased! Comfortable bed, and the host, Felicia, was very prompt with communication. I stayed 6 nights and paid only a fraction of what a hotel would cost! Literally, only about 1/3 of the cost! Quiet area, close to everything. Check in/out was a breeze! I come to Georgia 3 or 4 times a year to see my family. This will be my go-to BNB from now on 😊 My boys enjoyed the basketball goal and made buddies with a neighbor. Thanks so much! 5 stars!
