Recently renovated & newly furnished cottage is just 2 blocks from the beach and has all the charm and amenities for your next vacay or quick getaway. Close to the beach & only a stones throw from many restaurants, clubs and attractions. Love to cook? We have a HUGE mod kitchen with counter high barstools & a propane grill outside for BBQ. When entertaining at home there's an 82" Smart TV in the living room and Smart TVs in both bedrooms. ( no cable but lg asst of channels)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This was truly a bay getaway before digital games and internet. There are two bookcases with hard bound books, card tables, and reading lamps. There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.

The spacious living room is furnished with an orange couch and a matching armchair, complemented by a patterned ottoman. Two large windows allow natural light to illuminate the area, accented by decorative art pieces on the walls and a chandelier overhead.
