Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Dieser ist uneinsichtig, natürlich gewachsen mit einem großen Teich und für Kinder gibt es vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten. Wir vermieten unsere 2 1/2 Zimmer Einliegerwohnung mit separten Eingang. Unser Haus liegt am Ortsrand in Schopflenberg mit unverbauter Aussicht auf den Hohenstaufen. Wir haben 2 Kinder im Teenageralter :-) Vor unserem Haus haben wir Parkmöglichkeiten. Euch erwartet eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen und Senseo - Kaffeemaschine). Eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden.

It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.
