I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white. Welcome to our home. Out of a typical house, it's like a beautiful café, and the inner bunk creates its own atmosphere with unspoilt, refined lighting. A stunning golden pine tree surrounds your home and offers a view of the pine trees from the bunk bedroom, where you can enjoy a 20-minute walk to the sea from the front of the house to the inside of the coffee street. On the left, it's a recreational beach, and on the right, it's two different beaches. Near the sea, I built the house I dreamed of.
