An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. This is a 30-square-meter private Bulsol Pension in the woods next to the sea. It has 3 rooms, a living room, 2 toilets, a bath, a kitchen, and a space for up to 7 people. It is a 5-minute walk to Seorak Beach, and is close to Sokcho City, Daepo Port, and Naksansa. As a convenience facility, it is 3 minutes by car from Ganghyun Hanaro Mart Main Store, 2 minutes from Naksan Branch, and 10 minutes by car from Yangyang City, Sokcho City. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong smells, especially shrimp. You can dine at a table for 6 on the backyard deck. In addition, there is a large bench in the yard, so you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the countryside by grilling meat and drinking a glass of alcohol on a good day. It is the best place for swimming or surfing, and it is also a place where you can spend time in a warm lower house in autumn and winter.
