Relax at this beautiful retreat situated on 250 feet of private waterfront on Cobbossee Stream(don't let the word "stream" fool you as it's a wide & gorgeous body of water). Home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 6 guests. Quiet, private property with limited view of any neighbors,. Enjoy the views sitting on the huge deck, or by either of the 2 fire pits. 3 kayaks & 2 canoes here for miles of exploring, including gorgeous Pleasant Pond. Wildlife galore, including bald eagles & loons!

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located efficiency apartment above our garage. 15 minutes to Gardiner/Augusta, 15 minutes to I95/295. Less than one hour from Portland. Sit by the stream, listen to the loons or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. If you want to kayak, you can do that too! Eagles regularly soar overhead. Queen size bed, love seat and room enough for a pack and play. A/C, full kitchen, Keurig, microwave, toaster, dishes. Wifi and cable. Roomy parking.

Quiet home on Cobbossee stream. Great for bass fishing, swimming, boating and kayaking. Two kayaks available at request. Spacious living area with a quaint porch for water views. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. A couch in the living room pulls out to a bed. Close to many of Maines finest coastal towns or scenic hiking. The stream leads to pleasant pond which is great for swimming and waterskiing. Boat launch available if needed.
