The lower level contains the second bedroom and bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The upper floor entrance is on Via Trieste, while the lower floor entrance is on Via Carere. The apartment features the following rooms and amenities: - Upper floor: double bedroom with a window overlooking a private terrace with mountain views; open-plan living area with a balcony and window overlooking the garden, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, convection oven, gas stove with safety feature, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and drip coffee maker; a coffee table for two; living room and dining area with two three-seater sofas, a digital terrestrial LED TV, and a dining table; bathroom (with dressing room) with a bathtub/shower combination and a hairdryer; - Lower floor: double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a window overlooking the garden, a TV socket, and a table; bathroom (with dressing room) with a shower and washing machine. Vacuum cleaner. Free WiFi. Underfloor heating on the upper floor, radiators on the garden level.

Cottage on the lake

Charming cottage in the countryside at 200 m from the beach (equipped with restaurants and bars), in absolute tranquility. All rooms are situated on the ground floor. It consists of a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with tub and shower, a kitchen-living room with a table for 6 people and a sofa bed for two people. There is a porch adjoining the entrance. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table. At about 1 km (in the center) are: bakery, supermarket, bar, newspapers and tobacco, pizzerias and restaurants, butchers, and pharmacy). From here the coach to Salò, Desenzano and Brescia. TV: italian, english, french, spanish and german channels are available.
