I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Our house is located in the heart of a small quiet village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, itself inscribed in a bucolic environment that had conquered George SAND at the time. We offer a 4-room guest apartment of 65 m2 on the first floor of an old house with individual access by external staircase. Even if the rental is only for one room, the entire apartment is exclusively reserved for this rental.

Holiday home of about 60 m2 - for 1 to 4 people - located at the end of a road, in a quiet hamlet in the countryside in the town of Chavin in the Indre in the Centre Region. Important: stairs are present inside and outside the house (see the map with the photos). It is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
