Our old estate is located in the middle of Rügen. We have freshly renovated a cozy apartment in the manor house. On Reischvitz, it is really dark and really quiet in the evening. A treat! When you open the window to the park, the birds wake you up in the morning. Reischvitz invites you to take wonderful walks around the park. From here, you can reach the Bodden in 10 minutes with a sandy beach and enchanting sunset. Or in 5 minutes at the Störtebeker Festival. The Baltic Sea beach is 20 minutes away.

The bus lines (RPNV) 14, 20 & 23 are approx. 200 meters away in the village of Hagen. Sassnitz, The small port town is 8 km away. There are various shops and leisure activities there. Cozy retreat in the countryside

Enjoy a cozy getaway in the bungalow on the Devin peninsula. Just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and located directly on the nature reserve, it offers tranquility and pure nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has one bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. An ideal starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea.

Vacation home no. 6

Small holiday bungalow detached for up to 5 people. Optimal for two or three. 5 would rather be 2 adults with 3 middle-aged kids. Ideal for people looking for peace without the whole tourist hustle and bustle, with natural stalls nearby. Palmer Ort, Yellow shore or campsite beach Pritzwald (see photos). Not far from the cottage is Boddengewässer. Stralsund is 26 kilometers to Binz 32. They are within half an hour of almost all the hotspots on the island.

Our listed house Heidelberg, built in the historic spa style, offers fully equipped kitchens for each apartment, with dishwasher, oven and microwave, some with apartment's own washing machine and dryer or laundry room. Each apartment has its own parking space right next to the house and parking spaces for bicycles.

If you choose to do so, you opt for a resource-conscious stay, which is also the basis for the bazaaribility of the accommodation. There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
